The doctor is very professional, kind and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Several times she came to the office specifically to see me. Similarly, when a problem with the retainer wire on my teeth came up at the weekend, the doctor replied quickly and we found a solution. I highly recommend her!

I have completed my treatment with Invisalign aligners and can recommend the Proste Zęby Clinic and Dr Magdalena Rutkowska with a clear conscience. Every visit took place in a pleasant atmosphere, with a very professional approach and hassle-free booking of check-up visits. I held off writing a review until the end of my treatment. I am still waiting for a second set of aligners to fix some minor changes. I am happy with the treatment – my smile changed according to the treatment plan without any problems. A big plus of Invisalign aligners is that you don’t have to attend check-up visits regularly (in my case I don’t really have time for that), you can eat anything and clean your teeth thoroughly without any problems. As for the doctor herself – a very, very to-the-point person who doesn’t talk too much (for some this may be a minus, but it doesn’t bother me) – most importantly she is effective, very easy to contact outside the office (e.g. by e-mail) and answers all enquiries. I really recommend her

I highly recommend orthodontic treatment with Dr Rutkowska. I wore braces as a child but my teeth became crooked anyway. Now I have Invisalign aligners and the comfort is incomparable to classic braces. The doctor also solved the problem of taking impressions, which I still remember as a trauma from getting my first braces. I don’t feel any pain, every visit goes smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere, the doctor answers all my questions and only confirms my belief that I made the right choice.

Clear and transparent explanations.

For several years I put off getting braces despite an abnormal jaw structure and incorrect tooth alignment, especially in the upper arch. After a long search for a good doctor who would take on the treatment of my malocclusion – and I have a very deep bite and a rather complicated situation in my jaw, where I was always told braces couldn’t be fitted. Nobody wanted to help me. They sent me for orthognathic surgery. To be honest, I went because I felt I had to do something about it. Finally I found invisalign with Dr Rutkowska. It was the first StartUP visit where for the first time I felt I was with a specialist. And here I should point out that I didn’t feel brushed off – on the contrary, I was treated like a patient. Impressions were taken with a scanner. I saw everything on the computer. And I know it is complicated, but I know that some things can be fixed. I left full of hope, and I am currently waiting for my treatment plan.
For now, I am grateful for seeing me and showing me that someone wants to help me rather than getting rid of the problem and saying no, and for preparing a treatment plan.

07.04. I collected my next aligners. The Doctor took all precautions during the current epidemic. The client’s wellbeing comes first! I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Complete professionalism! See you in a few months, Doctor! 😉
